'Hank Hooper', a "family man" and Vietnam veteran, is head of Kabletown. He is often angered by Jack Donaghy's handling of TGS but, paradoxically, always seems happy on the surface (laughing incessantly, while directing thinly-veiled insults and threats to Jack and his staff). He is loosely based on the similarly alliteratively-named founder of Comcast, Ralph J. Roberts; Comcast is sometimes said to be run as a "family business."
